cooler Repair
A&J services all coolers on heavy equipment including Mesabi, AKG, folded cores, and conventional cores. We are set up to handle all of your cooler needs. All work is pressure tested to ensure that there are no chances of leakage once repaired coolers are back on the machine.
Line Boring
Buckets, sticks and booms all require bore center lines to be col-linear. It is common to find that bearing bores are worn from years of operation – even when the machine has been properly maintained.
Cylinder repair
As of March 2020, A&J Equipment Repair has full capabilities to repair hydraulic cylinders. We are able to service cylinders by replacing seal kits. We can diagnose and manufacture new cylinder rods. All cylinders are function tested before leaving our facility.
Welding
We have full capabilities to rebuild buckets, broken sticks and booms.
